What counts as a check?
Each background check submission counts as one check, regardless of how many data sources are queried within the package.
How does continuous monitoring pricing work?
Monitoring is $2/person/month. You choose the frequency (monthly, quarterly, or annually) and we automatically re-screen. You only pay for active monitors — pause or cancel anytime.
How does drug testing pricing work?
Drug tests are $35/test regardless of panel type. This covers the lab fee, collection site, and MRO review. DOT-compliant panels are the same price.
Can I change tiers?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
The sandbox environment is free forever. You only pay when you run checks against real data sources.
What about failed checks?
Checks that fail due to system errors are not billed. You only pay for successfully submitted checks.
